Default C6 vs C7 Proportions Please

Will someone please do an overlay of the side view outline of the C6 and C7?

Thanks

Long story short, the C6 is 0.5 inches shorter the the 911.The C7 is the same length as the 911. The c7 is about a half inch lower then the c6 and has a slightly wider track as the front wheels have been moved out to the corners a little.

Has the windshield been moved forward? The hood "appears" shorter, or the green house to hood proportions appear different

Not sure about the hood. Can't remember about the windshield but it's probably raked back a little in accordance with the rest of the aero stuff. The radiator is slanted backwards too. Click the link.3rd video down.Lots of VETTE info.

I don't have any photos at the right angle or perspective to do an overlay of one to the other but the specs are as follows:

The "people mover" bumps on the lower chin make up the 3 inches

I found a couple of photos to work with and created this quick morph. I think the transition looks something like this:

Thanks talon90,

It appears that my eyeballs aren't calibrated properly!!! I "saw" the C6 as having a longer hood than the C7, but it obviously doesn't!!

Proportions seem very similar.

Does the C7 have more or less front overhang? Can't really tell.
