We arent allowed to talk about it if we dont love it?!? come on...

So far Im (remember, this is my opinion and thoughts) not a fan. Ive seen every pic on here. I am hoping it grows on me (and i think it will) and when I can see it in person have a better idea of my thoughts.

Me too (Not keen on the tail lamps, but overall I really like the car) - but not enough to make me get rid of my C6s

Oh come on. Admit it. You don't have enough money to purchase a C7, since you spend your entire Social Security check each month paying for your C6 that you financed for 23 years at 23% APR..

Sorry, wrong. :-) I am retired law enforcement and now working for a major organization and a long way from Social Security. I paid off my C6 in less than a year only because I didn't want to pay cash out right.

I do appreciate your wry sense of humor.

All of that said, the C7 is not a pretty car in my opinion. What I have picked up on from various sources is the horsepower of the C7 will be 450, mine is 436 (C6 LS3) certainly not a "wow!" in horsepower increase. The C7 isn't a good looking car to me.

I look forward to seeing it in person. Those who have, report it shows very well in person.

Glen
Glen the C7 will have a optional performance exhaust, figure at least a 20 hp difference from the C6 IMO. I know this is a small point, but some members keep repeating a 14 hp difference even after the optional exhaust has been pointed out to them.

You make it relevant when you constantly remind people that you have more than one Corvette, question the opinions of those who don't currently have a Corvette or who you don't feel are qualified to comment.
Just my observation.

I saw it in person today. Overall, I like the styling better than my C6. I think the interior and engineering are better than the C6. But I don't like it that much better to pay MSRP when it is first avilable. I can wait to see the auto trans evolve and I'd like to see the vert as well. Very nice, but I can wait.

I'm not looking to sway anyones opinion of the C7. If it doesn't suit you, that's cool. It does suit me, and that's cool too. Ultimately, if you love the Corvette brand, then we are all in the same family.

I have and the rear still looks like ***!

It is nicer in person as I have said but I understand much of the dislike for the rear.
