Valet mode heavily used for giving your car to someone you do not trust and placing restrictions on the vehicle's usage, performance and access. Something like giving a stranger your wallet with an elastic around it. It's not gonna stop anyone from curbing your wheels or scraping the car or any other damage.

When I walk away from my C6 now, it all locks automagically and arms itself. I would assume the C7 will do the same while tossing in electronically locking the glove box.
No matter what the Valet option is on the C7, I will just see it as a gimmick and will not use it. Don't have one now and no need to complicate things.
