Actually, it is caster. Caster is determined by the king pin angle from vertical, fore and aft. Camber, by the angle across the car from top to bottom. When the king pin angle is "leaned back" the tire contact patch trails the steering axis (making the wheels self-center and the car want to go straight). Exaggerating this causes the top of the wheel to appear to arc inward at the top at greater steering angles.

I am not a fan. I think this looks like a riced body kit with some pretty bad accent lights on the base coupe. Especial the new grille. When I look at it I am reminded of those grand ams, lancer or caviler body kits that give it a really low front end and huge gaping grille.
