Red is so nineteen sixties, and chrome trim? The 2010 4LT is modern and isn't tacky. Darker colors don't show blemishes and stains like a light bold color does. Get a stain on that red, it will jump right out, that same stain on black or dark gray, will not even be noticed or perceived as normal color inconsistency. It is personal taste. Remember the final options packages still to be determined.

Never really gave much thought about high end cars being stuck in the sixties? .... someone should forward this nugget of wisdom to Porsche.

Here's my red interior, though some of you should have your nitro pills handy cause it's not for the faint of heart.

But then again not everyone is like me and want to have a shout it loud look at this interior. But that's what it takes to stand out in a crowd of boring interiors at shows.
Kind of like putting a big red stipe down the middle of your car, some like it and most don't.

Hmm, all Black doesn't seem so bad now. Yes, you do like loud, thankfully GM doesn't.

I don't go to those kind of shows. The rap and Techno music booming from the imports is just too loud for my ears. Plus, I don't do well with snot nosed kids.

I like that C6 interior a lot. Sat in the top-drawer one recently and it was more than adequate for me. HOWEVER, I never got over the C4 interior I gave up 4 years ago to get all the other improvements the C5 brought. So, the C7 cockpit and trim look fantastic to me -- as do the apparently proper seats (wish cloth were an option, though).

You had to see the Malibu I sat in. Overdecorated and 5, count 'em, 5 different colors. Black, silver, woodgrain (fake, I assume, but overdone even if real trees died to do it), brown and the seat stitching was blue (?!?!?! -- I was told it matched the blue accent lighting). Just awful.

Crazy how those things bring in the trophies, though. I drew the line here:

A splash of color to brighten up my daily driving, but I guarantee you still too much for some...

How'd you modify the center console to accommodate the navvie?
The Navvie wouldn't fit where the radio would go. The slot is to small?
Inquiring minds need to know...
Becuase I'd like to do this for the C5.
Hmmm,......

Artisitic Schmaltz - like a fine velvet portrait of Elvis.

This picture has been posted in the Kalahari color. I'm guessing it will be available in all interior colors. Gets rid of a lot of the black.

This is much better. It's amazing though how far the interior has come with the C7.

Btw, who are the judges that hand out those trophies, Honey Boo Boo's family? Lol
