MSRP data has not been released yet. You can't pick it up at the "factory", but you can take delivery at the National Corvette Museum (which is across the street from the factory). Museum delivery is currently a $490 option.
Not sure about the C7 but when I was looking into watching my C6 being built and driving it home, I was disappointed to learn that there was a 3-4 day delay between the time the car rolls off the line and the time you can drive it home....which means you can't do it the same day. I suspect the same delay will happen with the C7.

I am sure that has to do with prep time and getting it ready to display in the museum delivery area. I was never aware of a delivery directly from the factory.
I took a factory private tour last year. Our guide, who used to work at the plant, showed us "the field of dreams" where they keep all the cars once built for a manditory two weeks. He said this is incase of any factory issues they can be resolved while the cars are still there and they don't have to chase them accross the country. Its a good thing meant to deliver the best product with no flaws to the customer. That is a long time to wait in Bowling Green.
