Top speed(186 MPH LS2, 190 MPH LS3) was the same between the base and the Z51. The Z51 was quicker accelerating 0-60 and the 1/4 mile.
With the C7, no reason to believe there will be any difference between the two.
From what was in that last video I was quoting in the vertical LEDs thread, the gearing between the Z51 and base will be different. It's possible the top speeds will be different.

Both versions run out of horsepower before they run out of gear in 5th. The C7's TR6070 has the same ratios in 5th gear as the C6's TR6060. .74:1 for the base and .71:1 for the Z51.
The base will be hitting 6020 RPM at 190 and the Z51 will be hitting 5800 at 190 MPH.
Max Horsepower figures so far shown by GM are at 5900 RPM, right in the middle of the two versions different gearing. because of the greater torque multiplication of the base car it should be able to reach a little higher RPM then the Z51 in 5th gear. Just like the C6, both versions should have the same top speed.
