As much as I love the Corvette, it doesn't sound as good as a Mustang GT (love them too).

I know what you mean. The Mustang sounds deeper to me (like the C63 actually) and the Vette sounds a little raspier. Neither is necessarily better but some folks will like one sound versus the other. Having said that, it's tough to actually get a true sense of the sound in the videos. I do love the sound though

What I noticed, in the last video especially, was that the center two tail pipes don't have any exhaust coming out. But they sound great!

They flip open a few seconds after startup and then switch over to the outers. Be interested to find out what that process was. We're the valves just initializing? Was he flipping the drive mode selector? Etc...

Anybody notice that it seemed to crank longer than normal before it started?

Still too quiet IMO. Typical of the factory exhaust. It's always a bit of a compromise to satisfy every state's regulations on noise. I'm sure I will dump them for B&B's like I have with every newer Corvette I've owned.
