I've seen this elsewhere but I thought I'd add.
The round pipes do not work with the new wave tail lights
so I added the squarish pipes and removed the vette stick-ons.
I tried adding rear diffuser fins but the back end was already too busy in my opinion.
I actually like the round pipes BUT I think I like the square ones even more. There will be two mods I will make for sure... HRE wheels and square tailpipes when someone creates them.
A lotta plastic but a pretty exciting start to the Corvette legacy.
I don't like this with the poor attempt at diffusers but.....even more controversial.

I like it all, even the diffuser vanes if they are functional.
I agree and I felt the same way when I saw it in person. The 4 round exhaust tips look weird on this car. They should have went with another design. They would look much better if the rear retained the 4 round tail lights. But I agree, I'm sure there will be plenty of aftermarket stuff for this.
The only thing I would change on the rear end; move the Corvette script to below the right reflector strip, something like the C6. I vote for round exhaust pipes.
Guys... the "fins" aren't the diffuser. The upsloped bottom of the rear fascia is the actual diffuser. The fins just straighten airflow. So the car already has a diffuser, no added fins needed. A flat underside is critical to allowing a diffuser to work. This is why they completely covered the tunnel sealing in the exhaust and why they had to go to NASA for some special heat reflective material so the center console didn't get roasting hot.
The squared off designs match the overall design vocabulary of the car...sharp lines and details... Chevy knew this would be an early mod in the aftermarket...
I just caught the joke in the logo plate... GM design...
^^^^ Those look pretty good, and valving would be "upstream" of those like the current ones. Don't know if just the tips would change sound, but I wouldn't bet they'd do so by much, if any.
