Sold my 2012 Grand Sport and thinking about buying a C7 Z51 convertible. Unlike some forum members, I really liked my Bose sound system. Just wondering if anybody can comment on the sound difference between coupe and convertible and what we might expect on the C7.
Can't tell you difference betw. coupe and conv., but supposedly if you liked the last one it's even better than it ever was. Of course, that has kind of been a bose refrain from about 20 years or so. I guess the best thing to say is the interiors people really went to town on everything incl. sound systems.

30 (yes THIRTY) years have snuck up on you The first Corvette/Bose collaboration was in 1984 with the introduction of the C4 I bought a new 1985 and it came with a cool Bose demo tape that had, among other songs, "Bette Davis Eyes" by Kim Carnes
I would love some specifics on the stereo . Like wattage etc. location of all10 speakers, what size they are .what material they are made of?? what kind of speaker wiring in place? Speaking for a younger crowd, we like our nice stereos and it would be great to learn more here. Thanks for asking about Bose. I would love some answers.
Also is this infotainment system able to be used with other amps ?? Thanks
Cool, I haven't heard that song in a long time. Thanks for the memory, although some may think its lame. I was around to hear it, you know in my youth.
