We got an allocation of 110 cars today. Since we already have 25 on order that means if your order number with us is #135 or lower you order is getting ready to go in. I will be in touch to go over any last minute changes.

Congratulations Dave. That is great news!
Enjoy the holiday...fireworks in 4 different locations in AC tonight. All starting at 9:15. Enjoy.
A little over a thousand in May, and every corvette dealer got one. There are over 2000 this month, and not every dealer got one, hence the large number for the forum dealers like Kerbeck.
Anyway to find out how many my dealer got for this month? Hendrick in Cary, NC.
Thanks GM'er. I have searched the threads but can't find an answer to the question regarding the length of the first allocation of cars. Is there any word regarding whether this is a 6 month or 9 month allocation. Being #8 of 10 at my dealership puts me at the 80% mark of the allocation period so I know I have a wait ahead of me but a car in December is much better than a car in February.
I am very new to all this as this is the first car I ever ordered. My dealer has 2 cars at 3000 status from June (or is it May consensus) and he showed me the list and status of all the C7s they have deposits on. WOW was i excited when i saw that i was at the TOP of the 1100 group but, sadly, it is alphabetical list.
The 6/24 TPW was never accurate and your dealer should have told you that. This is still the normal schedule. I believe, barring any delays, today's allocations will be built in late August or early September. Obviously I can't guarantee that, but it's a good guess.
Orders all ready in should bet built in late July through August (which was always the schedule) but don't expect them to ship immediately. GM will do an initial quality hold to go over all of the early cars with a fine tooth comb to look for issues before the cars are released to the dealers.
All is well! Don't worry, be happy and have a wonderful Independence Day!
Dave
Thanks for the info Dave, in fairness to my dealer, he never stated that TPW it was all over the forum regarding TPW's that were then revoked, anyways, I appreciate your insights regarding what is going on. Do you know on those early cars that are
"gone over with a fine tooth comb" what do they do if they find problems with that car if you know? Seems like that might be a good thing even if there is a slight delay in making sure everything is right.

Reason: typo
Dealers were assigned allocations today. If you have an order in with a big forum dealer, I think you may be very surprised how quickly you move up the line.
Also, these are allocations for consensus only. The next round of actual order input will not be open until next Thursday thru Saturday.
