Programming options
Does GM have a way to program different settings? For example remove seatbelt chime, adjust headlight on sensitivity, check error codes, etc. On my Audi I program the car using a VagCom cable and software on my labtop. What can you use on a GM car?

There is a guy on the forum (in Michigan I think) that offers several programming options, the stuff I am sure of relates to the new mylink system, as an easy example, allowing a movie to play even when the vehicle is in motion, I think it can also do things like you are asking but I am not sure
