I am also a member on Camaro5.com, and some new pictures surfaced of the new Bumblebee and made front page, well there is also a couple pictures of the C7 Stingray, as well as the Camaro and Bugatti.
Maybe it is just me, but it seems the C7 looks a little raised especially in the picture that has all 3 cars in it.
OK, we know the Camaro is Bumblebee, any guesses on who the vette and the Bugatti are? I watched the show as a kid but I can't think of any characters that make sense (Optimus is a big rig, iron hide is a fire truck, etc).
On the vette - agreed, that wing is just plain silly. Overboard is too mild a word to describe it. Nice paint scheme though, would make an excellent racing livery (or the green alone would be an exotic alternative to LRG, sort of like Laguna blue is to NRB). They definitely bolted on some extra bodywork under the front and sides of the car. Like the really thin mirrors too (would have horrible visibility though). Decent wheels.
As for bumblebee, something about the proportions of the front end seem a bit off. I'm just not feeling "Camaro" when I see it head-on. I think it's the huge lower grille. Doesn't fit. The car has cool, angry eyes but its got a big old wide open smile. Sort of bi-polar. Doesn't know if its Bruce banner or the hulk, a Rottweiler or a golden retriever, the loving wife or the bunny boiling psycho-ex, etc.

Prepare for harsh comments ~
Camaro - looks like a cartoonized Mustang in Parnelli Jones paint scheme in top photo where it has an orange-ish hue. Do like the slitty looking eyes in the later photo and like the rims.
C7 - ricer paint scheme and rear wing from the first Fast & Furious movie; how to make a C7 look like a honda in three easy steps - just missing the big fart tube. Why does it look like a 4x4 jacked up in the air?

Don't worry, it's Michael Bay, I'm sure he'll digitally add the fart tube in post production
Actually I'm sure at least one of those cars will very tastefully hump someone's leg because you can always count on a Bay movie to be nuanced, subtle and above all classy.

Not that I personally think it looks good, just saying.
As for the Camaro, it has potential if it was 8/10th's the size of the current car. I actually hopped on MS paint and messed with things a little(like the tiny grill and side skirts). With a few minor changes I'd buy it tomorrow if it was a bit bigger then a BRZ/FRR and priced right.

I was a big Transformers fan as a kid, too. I'm thinking the Vette is just a revision for Sideswipe (from the Stingray Concept to the real Stingray), just as Bumblebee is a revised Camaro.
Since we keep seeing pics of the C7 and the Bugatti together, I wonder if the Bugatti is a new Sunstreaker. Back in the old G1, Sideswipe and Sunstreaker were both Lambos and always worked together.
There's also been stories of a new Lamborghini, Pagani, and a big Freightliner truck that isn't Optimus...perhaps a return of the Decepticon Stunticons? That would kick @$$!
Designer Imagines A Corvette That Looks More Like a Corvette Than the Corvette
