No I'm not talking about the Z51 package. I'm talking about something like they did for the Cobalt SS. I believe Ford does it for the Mustang as well as BMW.

A factory backed CAI and tune that doesn't void your warranty. Would you buy it if the price was right and the gains were decent? I know I would.

Stage kits would be great. Small tune, and a bolt on is a fantastic way to market the car is new ways. The big trick is that it's still covered under warranty. If they don't do it, then 3rd parties will get all that money they have a opportunity to get

That would be cool. I had the stage 2 kit installed on my Sky Redline. More performance and it retained the full factory warranty.

I'm in...but IMHO it's being saved for year 2 or 3....there suppose to be a lot in the tune and intake of the gen 5!

In the past, I used GM's hot cam to add some more power to my C5. Not sure if I'm going to mod this one or not, may just sell it in a year and buy the new z06 or zror whatever they call it
