Default Order Number Question...

Do the letters and numbers of your order number have any relationship to the sequence or timing with which your order was placed. Do they encode anything or are they just random?

The order number is generated the moment that a dealer enters an order request. The number is alpha and numeric and randomly generated.
The "order" in which orders are produced is based on:
1) The dealer's allocations
2) The order in which a dealer prioritizes their orders.
Have a great day,
Ken

So to clarify, orders starting with the letter Q have no priority over those starting with the letter R?

The Order numbers have no real say in when an Order is produced, the numbers are sequential tho..so if I put 20 orders in at one time they will follow a logical sequence through all 20.

He is saying that there were no numeric digits in his order number, only alpha characters. Order numbers can have a combination of alpha and numeric.
