Default Sill Plates

To the best of my knowledge, all C-6 models came with sill plates. I have seen sill plates listed as an option on the C-7. Will there be a standard sill plate, as well as an optional, higher grade sill plate, or am I wrong about the sill plates being listed as an option?

The base one says 'Corvette' and the optional one says 'StingRay'.

Is the StingRay sill an option on all C7's or is only available on the "Suitcase Special"?

If I remember right , the Stingray sill plates are either $225 or $250. Parts dept order. After initial cost, I'm adding the Stingray sill plates,Stingray cap on the wheels and Stingray mats! Extra $700 no problem!

Both need to be replaced with carbon sills from G3 Composites.

I would love the Stingray sill plates if they looked as good as the Corvette ones. The chrome accents look better in my opinion.

I personally want the car to say "Stingray" on it wherever possible.

This is only a photoshop and I'm hoping someone in the aftermarket will pick up on it.
