2LT security upgrade
Did a forum search on this and found no information:
Can anyone tell me what the security system differences are between 1LT and 2LT trims? The order guide states that 2LT adds "theft deterrent, body security content and unauthorized entry" but what does 1LT have if anything? I presume at least an immobilizer.
And what is the "theft deterrent, body security content and unauthorized entry" tech anyway?

Not sure about the other one's 100%, but the unauthorized entry is the alarm that goes of when you have the targa top off or the convertible top down. It keeps from being able to jump in the car (without opening the doors) and take off (in theory).

Even with the top off and the windows down, w/o the fob, the car isn't going anywhere ................ Unless parked nose down on a steep hill ............... ;-)
