Size does matter... The C5 had only one cup holder. The C6 had two but they were so close together only small cylindrical cups would fit together. My burning question, if any one has noticed in the C7, is the cup holder larger so "normal sized" cups will fit together?

The C5 cup holder is the worse cup holders since Christopher Columbus put one on the Mayflower to hold his martini.

from my brief look at it, you aren't holding two 32 ounce cups there. Its close in size to the C6
True story about when I first bought my Maserati Spider in 2002. The first weekend I had it, took my GF at the time on a trip up to Malibu to have lunch. It's a beautiful day in the upper 70's. We put the top down. She gets inside it holding her mandatory bottle of water for the all of 30 minute drive it will take to get there.
She sits down and asks "Where's the cup holder?"
I say "It's a Maserati. There isn't one."
She looks at me kinda funny and says "And how much did you pay for this thing?"

it didn't matter in the C6 anyways, no matter what size you put in there, it became a bottle heater. I remember the first time after I bought my car and took it for a nice spirited ride through the mountains. Grabbed my bottle of water for a drink at a stop, and almost burned my innards. Im surprised the plastic hadn't melted.

You did the right thing and dumped the BIATCH I hope.
I always put my Bud Select in one of those zip-up insulating sacks....hopefully that will fit and work synergistically with the Aerogel to keep my brew "cold as a mountain stream".
