Caption this huh???

Do they make hand controls for the vette? Just because I lost my legs shouldn't mean I can't own a C7".

Great picture by the way!

"Please... I promise to stop looking at your girlfriends"

She actually looks pretty cool with the idea already (as long as she drive it occasionally). Nice post!

Would that carat number happen to be "7" for a C7

Some people are obviously missing the humor captured in the photo. If David REALLY had to get on his knees and beg there wouldn't be photo evidence of it. Sounds like "Mr. and Mrs. David" are having a great life together.

Every choice in life has some negatives and there are certainly times I miss the freedom of being single. I used to love doing some rather risky climbing in the Colorado Rockies but with a wife and daughter that high risk activity was way too selfish-it is a lot different than when my only dependent was a German Shepherd. But for me personally those sorts of drawbacks are greatly outweighed by the benefits of marriage. My daughter was really excited a few years ago when she got to help configure and then pick up my new CTS so you can imagine how big her smile will be when we do the museum delivery of a C7 next year. That is one of the things that makes up for a bit of responsibility.

Dear, the color of the car matches your eyes so well that every time I drive it, I will be thinking of you and the day I proposed.

I see, very smart negotiating from a position of strength. Good luck.

If she's like my wife, the only thing she said was "we've got one green car in the garage, you can't have another"!

Default No caption, but...

Judging by the grin on her face, I think she knows that she "owns" you - in a very good, loving and respectful manner of course.

Roses are red and this Vette is green, I'll double dose my Viagra and give you a pedicure in between.

I guess I am lucky. It was my wife who suggested that I get down to the dealership early that day to get my name first on the list to buy one. She was actually quite excited about it when we watched the reveal together.

In the ensuing months since the order was placed, she has been just as excited as me and can't wait to accompany me to Bowling Green to pick the car up. For the record, we are both 60 years old and have been happily married for 36 years.

From the look on her face, I think she has already ordered a C7, but has not told him yet!! She is thinking, "Is he ever gonna be surprised!!"

I shared that with my wife and she just smiled from ear to ear so you hit that one square on the head. Nicely played. A new concept brewing for me in my negotiations. THANK YOU.

I could try that, sure, but feels like a lot of downside to me.
