This is one of the most seriously stupid videos I have ever watched. Did anyone else notice he was headed toward an oncoming car at 1:30 and that each subsequent burnout involved crossing the centerline on a public highway? What a jerk!
That's Matt Farah, of The Smoking Tire, which does lots of car vids, reviews, tests, and such. They try to compete with likes of Top Gear, but online-only (I believe), and in my opinion usually do a pretty good job producing some interesting stuff given their budget (save for the particular subject video of this thread anyway, which isn't one of their better works...lol).
At a very minimum, they got their hands on C7 if that says anything...

Yes, and notice that the oncoming pickup truck was as far to the right side of his lane as he could go without getting into the dirt.

I was cited for "excessive display of acceleration", to which I humbly replied, "but I wasn't moving/accelerating!". True story...
