Default Dink Poll

It seems the DINKS may spell doom for the C7 with their disapproval of it. How many of you out there are DINKS? Inquiring minds want to know.

All the cars on my signature were during my "DINK" times. I am newly married and have a new born. Thankfully, my wife makes decent amount of money. So, I am waiting for the C7 "Z06" and I will be getting it. The first Vette I will own as not being a "DINK"

I'm in the same situation. Maybe we are "DRINK"s - R=retired, otherwise the same.

My wife and I are low to mid forties, make well into the 6 figures and look forward to getting a c7. We both feel the design is edgy and refreshing. We joke how our 2010 GS is a jalopy compared to the c7.

Dinks??? WTF is a dink? Sounds like a term my 16 year old son would use, not something a well educated adult would use.

If it's was Big Block eluded to, Dual Income No kids, then I'm not a dink as I've got kids but my wife and I both work so I guess we have the dual income part covered.

I fall into the category...38, married, we have 2 big dogs, but no kids. I have heard many in my same boat laud the car, rather than complain. We are all from Michigan though, so we may have a bit of a hometown bias. Definately think that Chevy hit a home run on this vehicle. My order is 3LT Coupe Z51, TR/AR interior, NPP, MSRC, black wheels, red calipers, currently QFP.

The way I see it, its a free country so if someone does not like the vehicle they can get another. Definately feel they may regret passing on this American gem though...

I guess I am a DINK. I am single with no kids. I am getting a C7. This may be a once in a lifetime opportunity for me. I am going for it!

I'm single income no kids, no wife.... I'm too selfish for kids but I'm still young. Being 26 and owning my own lake front condo and having a C6, I'm trying to live life right now and enjoy my prime...

Seems like quite a few DINKS are buying the C7, only one disgruntled DINK in a previous post.
