knowledge on TMS with Z51
Question:
If you get the z51 package but not the Mag ride I see that you do not get the Traction management system. Is this correct. If so:
Do you still get the race, track, tour option or is there other options to choose from? Is there also launch control without the mag ride?
Just trying to understand the system without the mag ride but with the z51 package. I do understand all the upgrades with the z51 just understanding driver options if any?

That is correct. If you want PTM, you need the MSRC.
Yes, it just won't affect the suspension since it can't. It'll still make changes to the other aspects of the car.
If it's anything like today's system: no. Launch control requires PTM which requires MSRC (which requires Z51).

Thanks for the input, I ordered my car with z51 but without MRC but wonder if I should get it. I had a c6 with it and a GS without and even though the wider tires caused a firmer ride I didnt mind. Thats why I went without this time. Plus I was not sure of lauch control as I see all the test have better times without it since the conditions must be perfect in order for Launch control to be perfect (which is rare). Maybe I should just add it, I just would rather put the 2k in a performance mod if it will be not that different. At the end of the day it still comes down to driver skills and experience when getting best times IMO
