Race-prepped interiors

Although I've been to performance driving school, I'm a beginner when it comes to actually modding cars. I'm looking to get a new C7 and strip it down to the bare essentials for the track, add race seats, harness bar (maybe roll cage), etc. Can anyone tell me who I should go to in California to prep the car for the track (when C7 parts are available)? Thanks!

Just follow me. My car will be stripped the week it arrives here. We will be doing all the work in my shop to prep for track visits this winter.
