I found that Texas has even more options for backgrounds for less money that My Plates by ordering directly through Texas DMV. Here is the link. Looks like you have to mail it in.

you car correct. Sad thing is I actually watched a whole episode of mixing Na and Cl recently ... I guess I had a bit of cerebral flatulation at that moment.
