Most likely due to the growing number of rude retorts to a forum vendor that was trying to set the record straight. Sad it had to happen. It is an issue for any mega dealer in the car business. Auto Nation is a prime example. They own how many stores across the country ? There is always going to be a bad apple in the bunch.

I first tried to order from the Charlotte dealership in April. When I called I talked with a salesman who said that they just were "not yet sure whether the cars would be sold at MSRP" or if there would be a premium added. I quickly wrote them off and checked the forum. I am now at 3300. I was surprised and disappointed with Hendricks and am glad they have now openly addressed the issue.
