The links to the left are not created by the forum, they are set by the users in their personal profile settings. To change them, click on the "edit links" button at the bottom of that list on the left.
The vendor subsection is operational and can be accessed by clicking on the "Forums" menu button on the red bar at the top of the page. From the dropdown that appears, select C7 Corvettes and hover over it. From the C7 Corvette menu a fly out menu will appear and the C7 Vendors for Sale link will appear. This works just like any other forum and sub-forum.
