I'm wondering if option BV4 could keep you stuck at 3000 too...anyone else order that option?

Nope, not at all. they have no problem getting the plaque personalized.

I have that option and am currently at 3300.

I selected that option and have been at 3000 since beginning of August. Received a call from museum at the end of July to ask how I wanted my name to appear.
