C7 spotted at Georgia Tech

It is Cyber Gray, as per the GM guys.
They also stated that that IS the base interior. They said that the car is literally the lowest end you can get, save the chrome on the wheels. A lot of engineers pointed it out today :P
As for the "we run this state" dawg (dwag) fan: You can have the one sport. We'll take literally everything else.

Baseball our record's better in the last 20 years, and so is softball. And rugby, hockey, tennis, and golf are better :P
If you want to go full on history, we got 4 claimed (6 won) National Titles to UGA's... claimed 3, until this year, where they started to claim their 5 possible NCs. Tech could boost their numbers, too :P
But, for the record, I'd share a beer with you any time... in any week but Thanksgiving :P

I grew up in Athens, went to UGA, and then went to Georgia Tech. I march at Tech and I've seen the V before (at Sanford, last).

You saw the video of one of my favorite places to take my Corvettes, didn't you?
Uppermost section:
Decided I better not show--- it shows kid wrecking his BMW on South Mountain Park road.

I saw the second video before you deleted it. I can only wish it had been a Porsche that ate those rocks! All I can figure is that nobody knows how to drive out there.

The 10 minute video is from someone on a bicycle. You got that didn't you? The other can be found at Youtube doing south mountain road and BMW search.

My son pitched for GT in 2000-2003 went to the college World Series and won the ACC championship twice and beat the hell out of GA every single time. After several years playing pro ball went back got his degree. Now this is really sad he got his masters from GA. I can only figure he felt sorry for them over the years. GM knows where to go to recruit top notch engineers.

Safety Car
The C7 looks so much better and more aggressive WITH the rear spoiler.
Without the spoiler the rear looks kind of incomplete on the back end, kinda awkward like something is missing.

it is ying and yang with the full spoiler. I feel just the opposite - to me the full spoiler drowns out the lines and has an add-on feel to it. there are tons of people who like the full spoiler (z51) on this board, so there are very different opinions out there. I need to see them both in person.

I think it's because we saw the spoiler so much that it feels weird without, I personally like it with.
Also for this to be a bare bones 'vette - It's still not bad at all, GM did a damned good job.

Actually, it COULD be. They have what they call "Silent Sunday" there every other weekend when motorized vehicles aren't allowed. Fitness fanatics bike, walk, run, whatever... up that mountain and back down as if it actually made good sense On the tape you can hear the bike rider's breathing rate increase dramatically even on a slight uphill section on top. The rest is actually DANGEROUSLY downhill for non-experienced bicycle riders and there are spots where it would likely be fatal to plunge off the road. Adds an element of interest when in a Corvette giving it a pretty good go

Thanks for posting! What I really appreciate is that it's a so called "base" coupe with the 1LT interior and looks great! I think the only options are the chrome wheels, NPP and the A6. That adds up to $ 56535.00. Not bad. However, I'd get the Z51 spoiler , skip the chrome wheels and get Laguna Blue with the gray seats...at $ 56065.00 Even better!
