Rumor is that GM will announce that cars are being "shipped" on Thursday 12th and the definition of 4D00 is "batch and hold"
I'm hoping that means tomorrow morning GM will make the announcement and all the 4D00 cars are batched together in groups for trucks leaving for Arizona, Florda or whatever State.
Depending on how far a trucker is allowed to drive in a day that means some dealer could have cars on Friday and every state could have cars by Monday 16th
I'm so bored waiting I went to the Zoo today and petted a real Stingray!

They don't have room to store Corvettes until October! I may have missed with today's prediction but think about this...

I realize my post sounds "trollish" - I am just as anxious as any of you for the arrival of my new C7, however there not even been a hint of public announcement from GM on a shipment date - in addition, they have always maintained that deliveries can be expected in the Fall ( summer ends on Sept 21 ) - lastly, the 4th quarter starts Oct. 1. We are all equally anxious... and I sure hope I am proven wrong .... but I am now not expecting mine until the 2nd week of October after a conversation I had this morning. Last week it was on here somewhere that shipping was going to start today ... earlier I read its starting tomorrow, and a more recent post said next Thursday the 12th ( see the pattern ? ). =(
