This lack of invoicing is perplexing....usually GM invoices the dealer within days after a vin is established...
Of course GM will continue to **** off the customer again by letting a long awaited car come in and sit until they decide to do there paperwork....
GM should have started a dedicated web site just for the C7 launch that had all the updates and information in one spot. The poor "dealers" are useless and starting to wonder what there use is these days other them pulling the plastic off the seat and charging for the PDI....
If the factory had to deal with the customers directly they would better understand the passion behind Corvette and what the customer looks at as part of the "buying experience".
When are car shows up next week gets stalled because they can't take my $75,000 check I'm gonna be pissed.....

I feel your frustration. The problem GM is having this time around is the internet has allowed for communication to be transferred so quickly you can't hide anything and even a harmless delay could be blown up.
In the past they haven't had to deal with this because times were just different.
I was telling my wife that in 1963 the plant manager could have walked outside and pooped right in the middle of your hood and you wouldn't have been the wiser. With today's technology they are going to have to change things because information can and will spread like wildfire.
Very kind gesture by Dave! I'm an Acura dealer and we always have our invoices before the product arrives, usually 3-5 days. I would also assume what is really needed is the MSO/new car title.
Can't we live stream this event somehow? Get a helmet cam on the OP and as of right now, everything should be streaming. I thought you guys were all tech wizards, this isn't that complicated.
