premier edition

Hello all, been gone for a while (sold my ZR1). What can you tell me about the Premier edition and has any body taken delivery of one yet?

It's a Blue Stingray loaded with the options to showcase the features of the car and has a plaque mounted on the dash to show which limited edition number it is. Comes with "corvette luggage" to demonstrate the roominess of the hatch area.

Intended to be the centerpiece of the dealers' showroom but the dealer has the option of selling it.

Not yet shipped to dealers.

I believe I read that the first 500 will be coupes with manual transmissions(except for one) and the second batch of ~500 will be convertibles with automatic transmissions.
