I am looking to do a balloon note for reasons that are not important here, and it also uses a residual....the company tells me they can estimate it from the VIN and will use last years model, but it should be imminent for the real one. Believe it or not, the residuals for virtually all cars are pegged by a research company called ALG..they are working on it...soon I hope...weeks....
