Could Dealers be....???
Just wondering...
Any possibility that for some of the status 3000 staying so long be because some dealers have not completed the required mechanic training and had the new tools/equipment installed for working on the new C7. Would GM hold some orders at a status until dealers are ready.....?

They'd never get an order allocation until qualified in all respects.
