Based on how easy they came off I think you could remove them, paint them black, and reinstall them for next to nothing.

Looks great. I don't mind the stingray emblems, but never cared for the Corvette script under the crossed flags.

I think I'm gonna dump the script, but I like the stingrays, the line they form behnd the vent visually I think adds to the car, but I might like to see them in a different finish.

Thanks CrabbyJ....Looks darn near identical. With such a radical change in body style, I'm surprised the font didn't change more as well.

The first documented case of a C6 mod.

Doesnt matter which way looks better for myself I could never remove the letters because the C7 would not be ORIGINAL FACTORY STOCK and I only own ORIGINAL FACTORY STOCK Corvettes! Congrats on the new C7!

that's all the C7 needs ( esp with the ginormous size of the flag emblem ) - kinda like when Jaguar ditched the nameplate in back and just let the remaining "leaping cat" emblem tell the story

Reminds me also of the C6 GM chicklet badges that were on 2006 -2010 cars and whether or not to remove those or not lots of people did remove them I did not for the same reason as taking off the C7 corvette script on the back or the stingray fish emblem on the front fender .Like I said both ways looks fine it just matters which way you like it because it is YOUR CAR! Nice ride

Looks much better. The letters look tacky IMO. Also, I like the way the lights POP with the silver. I would have such a hard time choosing an exterior color for this car....

Much better for sure. And people around here were questioning why I was Photoshopping it out of my pics. I do it because it looks cleaner.
