I have an order # and I was at 2000 yesterday per Mike at Criswell . How come when I go to gm connect and gm.com I can't seem to make my order # work ? Hmmm .
Go to Chevy chat , then tell them you want to check the status of your order. They will trans fer you to that dept , if they say to busy just say you will hold for them.

I just tried that. Chat said they tried to connect me with that dept but could not. They gave me a number to call. I called and GM rep said my order has been accepted by GM but they do not have access to status codes, only the dealer does. I'll contact dealer later.

Next time they tell you they can't just insist you will hold. Until they transfer you. They don't give codes but will give you the status like . You are in line for production which is code 3400 . GM'er is the other way of tracking your order . Just ask him to include you in his list.

Ask GM'er to put you on his list at the top sticky and he will give you daily updates only after you reach event code 3000.
