Default Priceless

I flew from Denver to KS to picker her up on Friday. My Dealer picked me up at the airport. At the dealership it seems that everyone knew me and where I was from without me saying much. I knew they had to repair the sensor for the fuel level and was prepared for the ongoing work. It was on the lift, wheels were off, drive line was out, and the fuel tank was out on the floor. I stayed calm and wanted a drink. The dealer assured me it would be okay. My car was ready by 1600 that evening, but I decided to stay in Kansas and drive on Saturday. I received a 2 hour delivery briefing from the delivery staff (I even remembered most of it). Dealership paid for lunch, dinner, hotel, and gas for the return trip (even ordered me a C7 jacket). Great drive back and alot of stares and thumbs up. Even a Lotus pulled up beside me and was looking. I had a littler flicker in my info screen but that was it. I am 55 years old and have brought alot of new cars, but this was by far the best experience. It was a long 8 months but well worth the wait. Thanks to Jon and the guys at Hendricks in Shawnee Mission, KS.

Amongst the very good delivery's most of us have had the good fortune to receive, yours was in the exceptional category.

Someone said something about photos were mandatory ??? Haven't seen yours yet . Even smart phone Photos will be ok .

It's sure nice to see a good dealer thread once in a while.
Congrats on the new Stingray.

Default Glad I could help

It was my pleasure to pick you up, entertain you during the work, and make sure you were happy when you left with the car. My only concern was your happiness with the car, and I think you are.. Thanks again, nightraceblue2014. I'll be in touch about the jacket.

OP: I'm considering NRB, but haven't seen enough color combos to make a decision. Would you mind when time permits to post a few pics?

A friend is looking for a new C7. Did you see any on their showroom floor that were for sale?

Nightraceblue2014,

Congrats on your C7 and it's great to hear about how the experience went for you. How does it feel to be behind the wheel?

There was a pic of a night race blue delivery on their Facebook page, might have been you? I have bought there before and will again!
