That's impressive! I like blue and yellow also! Before my current 2016 Laguna Blue (with yellow stitching, yellow calipers and the yellow banded wheels, I had a 2004 Z06 Yellow.

I was there and saw your car. My boys were with me so I couldn't drive my LB there... My wife won't let me put one of them in the rear hatch!
So, when the C7 came out I was in love. I always liked Corvettes but I just knew I had to have a C7 Laguna Blue. The desire to own my dream car would be put on hold as I simply "couldn't afford" it. Fast forward a couple of years and I read that Chevy has dropped Laguna Blue. I was heart broken. I figured I would find a used one when the "time was right". Fast forward about two months and not only is the LB color done but now "they" are saying the 2018-19 Vette might be rear engine. I was devastated. Was I going to be able to find a used one? What would the price be? Would it be exactly as I wanted? So a drive over to Crisswell where I get to see the Admiral blue in person. Beautiful. Parked next to the Laguna Blue and I wasn't sure. Then my wife says she doesn't think black badging on the AB looked good. Hmmm, I left not buying a car because I really wanted the car in LB and to be exactly what I wanted. I drove home in silence. Wife knew I was upset and said "dream on it tonight". I awoke the next morning at 0500. Went to the computer and searched further out, 400 miles on CARS.com. As I scrolled down the page I see it, there it is, the car of my dreams, its only missing a rear spoiler. We can add that right? So, there I sit 0530 Sunday morning waiting for my wife to wake up and see the smile on my face. At 0800! She finally pours herself a cup of coffee. She looks at me and says "what are you up too"? My smile couldn't be contained. I said I found it, you found what, the car I found it in OHIO!. Needless to say trying to deal with the dealer on Sunday wasn't fun but got the ball rolling. The following Saturday July 23, we were on a flight to Cleveland. The Z51 spoiler had been installed late Friday so the car was exactly what I wanted..... All went well at the dealership (Serpentini Chevy Talmadge) We had a great ride home (350 miles) except for some rain. My wife never complained about the price, insurance, taxes or cost. This was a first. So I have made and will be making financial sacrifices over the next several years but I am here to tell ya that I dreamed on it and dreams do come true. ......
