...if I recall I read somewhere 30 hours from frame build to engine start and 18 cars per hour rolling off the line...but not 100 % sure so don't quote me on this one....

Well that depends on what you mean by "start." It only takes a couple days to put all the pieces together in the plant but a lot of time has already been spent getting all the parts together. Like engine assembly etc. I've never seen an estimate on the total time spent creating one Corvette. It would be interesting...
Pretty sure the painting of the body panels is a separate production stream and these are batch-painted by color and stockpiled a bit longer. For BMW at Spartanburg I seem to recall a two-week lead time being cited and suspect similar at Bowling Green. Paint NRB today, black tomorrow, next color the next day, etc.
