Default Sunshade for the C7

Anybody know of one made for our cars yet? The Florida sun can be brutal on cars. I would like to have one when it sits in the parking lot while at work. A custom fit would be preferred. Thanks!

I found a nice storage bag for the roof. Since it's impractical to keep the spare roof that many of us ordered since we lose storage space, I figure getting a nice bag to put it in so it doesn't scratch is a good idea. I won't post a link since they are not a vendor. Good item to have though!

I've been shin products from this company for years. They fit great and hold up well. Don't know if they have one for the C7 yet, but you cold give them a call.

I'm trying to find one as well for the same reason here in Houston. I bought the cheap on at Wally World for the short run. If you put it in turned the long way it at least stays with the visors. I'm also buying the cargo mat to protect the back carpet. I don't miss my old job but I do miss the covered parking.

good thinking on the cheap one - or make one with plastic and suction cups. The good ones are not far behind but no company that makes good sfuff has had a car to prototype so If oyu see ones this early, they have rushed and guessed at fit. Same as when any iphone comes out, and people rush to buy covers and cases and they don't really fit...better to wait a few months on anything aftermarket or take your chances...

Default I'm going to trim one for now

I refuse to pay top-dollar for "custom" ones that don't even have the C7 or any Vette or Chevrolet logo on them, so I'm going to buy a very large generic truck size version, use a Sharpie to draw-out the size it should be, cut it down and have my tailor sew on a new trim.

Mine rolls up with a Velcro Strip.

Fits fine, I unroll it and fold down the Visors to hold it in place.

Keeps the sun off the dash and the interior stays cooler as well.

Be careful when you get in the Car and roll it up, the reflective material gets hot.

Sorry, I thought we were discussing the Windshield Shade. There is a Vendor Thread about a new Transparent Top pop in Headliner. They were giving a Group Discount if I'm not mistaken.

The heat shield fits good but it has to be#1472. Apparently they made one and it did not fit and worked with a C7 owner and made it right. So make sure it is the second batch which I believe is labeled #1472. That what it says on mine and fits to hold up. Under the rear view mirror it falls but not too bad

Please clarify what you are looking for, a Sunshade for the Windshield or a Headliner for a Transparent Top. Thanks.

It is for the windshield. Heatshield makes one now which I purchased. I haven't tested it yet though

I think it's the same one I have. Works fine.
