Stinger stripe on AW
Has anybody ordered a AW with the stinger stripe by chance? I have seen one Photoshopped photo of a AW with the stinger stripe and I think it looks really good, changes the look of the car imo. I'm undecided if I should order the GM stripe for over $500 or go to a local vinyl shop and have one made there. Thanks guys

Ordered mine from Conti... 3400 status right now.... AW Z51 3LT with black wheels, mirrors, spoiler and exposed CF roof... Red calipers and interior...Stinger stripe in Carbon flash.... Hopefully it will get built this week and be at his place in a week or so... Will get him to post pics when it hits dealership.

If the stinger stripe is in fact vinyl and not paint like the C6 Grand Sport stripes (unlikely). I doubt if it would cost over $100 for a graphics shop to make one up. And you could get it in any color you want... It is, after all, just a big rectangle.
Now the racing stripes are a different deal as it looks like the factory stripe goes under all the badges (hard to tell if true from pictures, though).

I ordered a aftermarket stinger stripe from VetteFX here on the forum. I'm thinking about having the roof painted carbon flash to match the rest of the black on the car.
Thoughts?......
