I pick up a Z51 Blade Silver this week and I am concerned about the passenger leg room. Read a few reviews from mags that it tight in the foot well. My wife is 5'8" and not skinny. The dealer is 250 miles away and I'm hoping for some input from owners.
Thanks
A 'fitting' to a car is something you're going to have to experience 1st hand. What does or doesn't work for an individual will probably be totally different for your situation.

It's a little tight on the passenger side. I don't know how much I'd like taking a 200+ mile drive in the passenger side, but I'll find out at some point.
I'm 6'3" (225 lbs) and I rode shotgun in my Blade Silver C7 with no issue at all. I do have to tell you it was only for 1 mile as I couldn't stand letting someone else drive it lol.
I let my brother drive mine all the way home from the museum to Houston, 867 miles. I rode in the passenger side and was very comfortable. I am a female but I am only 5'4" and 129 lbs so I'm not sure if she would be comfortable on a long ride. I was so happy to have it I probably could have rode home in a shoe box and been happy though LOL.
Shared the drive home to Charlotte from Bowling Green with my 26 year old son through the mountains of KY-TN-NC on 2 lane roads. I was too busy holding on to the "Oh Sh*t" grab handles on the dash and door to notice how comfy the seat was...so was he.

I'm 6'3" 230 and have sat in the passenger seat several times. It's a little tighter than the driver's seat but still comfortable.

Thanks, the car is in and I plan driving 250 miles to the dealer for check out. After reading about all of the issues with electronics and bad paint, the passenger leg room is the least of my concerns now.
Again thank for the feed back. "Not skinny" means well proportioned. It was the footwell and leg room that was said to be the problem. We own and drive a Mini Coopers in rallies, we know small cockpits.
I'm sorry, this really isn't "becoming" for a near to be, sophisticated C7 owner - and maybe it's just me that kinda takes this out of context, haha: ""Not skinny" means well proportioned. ... we know small cockpits""
Somehow this thread is just screaming for a laugh injection...

Keep your right foot to the floor, she will be pushed back into the seat and leg room won't be a problem...

We have had a C5, 2C6's and our new C7. We drive out to the California coast every year and drive Hiway one. I have set in the passenger and drivers seat sometimes 300 miles at a stretch. I weigh 200 lbs and I think I like the passenger seat for comfort and legroom on the new C7 the best. Plenty of room. Can't wait to drive the PCH in our new C7
