Default Painted rear?

So who is going to be the first person to paint the rear of their C7 all black, like the C6R.

I'm not saying how it will look just wondering if its been done yet.

I'm guessing a Plastidip lover will do it.

Don't ever mention plastidip again or you'll be banned from the site.

I am solidly in the camp who do not like black wheels. That said, the rest of that exterior dress up really comes together nicely with the mix of black and red. It works well.

All of that 'pretend carbon fiber' cheap vinyl slathered all over the car, looks like someone spent way too much money and time with the JC Whitney catalog . . . .

I saw a Ferrari California yellow with all black gloss top and it looked pretty cool but I'm not sure this pulls it off. Way overboard.

That would make the car far more undesirable .a mish mash of themes, unlike the tape.

I would not be surprised to see the ZO6 or ZR1 adopt a similar blacked out theme for the roof line. I like it minus the stripes and the rear bumper is a bit too much. Additionally, I don't like the carbon pattern. I would prefer a straight black or satin finish.

Regarding chrome wheels, I agree...the tin foil look has got to go. When chrome disappeared on car bodies, it should have disappeared on wheels too. Just one man's opinion...

Bet that took some time to do.

Like or dislike, it appears to have been well done.
