You have to go to the mobile website with a mobile device otherwise the website senses you're using a standard browser and kicks to the "normal" website. At least that's how it worked for me with Firefox.

i tried on my iphone, but the same opotions are not available under ''ownership'' there is no sub category of ''track your order''. odd.

Frustrating...Doesn't give you a lot of confidence in the vehicle's electronics when they can't get a simple order status update system to function properly.

It's working for me again on the mobile site. I'm at the vague step 2/5. I assume:
Step 1: Order Accepted?
Step 2: Queued for Production ~3300
Step 3: Built?
Step 4: En Route to Dealership
Step 5: Delivered to Dealership?
I think Step 2 is only Event Code 3000. If the tracker is still working when I get confirmation I am past 3000, I will post the GM order tracker step when at Event Code 3100+
