So it's not an actual app but rather a specific URL to visit with my Android phone.

Started working again this afternoon.

m.chevrolet.com/order-tracking.html

I am using Chrome on an Android phone.

Of course it is still he same old crude 5-step status (no event codes), and it does not report all of your options. It does show pictures of your exterior and interior colors.

You have to go to the mobile website with a mobile device otherwise the website senses you're using a standard browser and kicks to the "normal" website. At least that's how it worked for me with Firefox.

i tried on my iphone, but the same opotions are not available under ''ownership'' there is no sub category of ''track your order''. odd.

Since I refuse to touch anything spawned by the evil Jobs Empire, I don't know how that Apple stuff works.

Try entering "m.chevrolet.com/order-tracking.html" (without the "" marks) into your browswer url line.

Frustrating...Doesn't give you a lot of confidence in the vehicle's electronics when they can't get a simple order status update system to function properly.

GMConnects.com was a third party website that GM used to let access the data.

They have been shut out by GM for quite a while now. Too bad, their tracking was tied right into the GM system and gave full event codes.

I just opened the web browser on my phone and went to Chevy.com and navigated to order tracking and it worked for me.

It's working for me again on the mobile site. I'm at the vague step 2/5. I assume:

Step 1: Order Accepted?
Step 2: Queued for Production ~3300
Step 3: Built?
Step 4: En Route to Dealership
Step 5: Delivered to Dealership?

I think Step 2 is only Event Code 3000. If the tracker is still working when I get confirmation I am past 3000, I will post the GM order tracker step when at Event Code 3100+
