Uhhh, just off-hand, I'd say that money does NOT appear to be an issue….at least not up to this point. Maybe when next month's payments all come due?

I was kind of thinking this to...but I digress. On to the OP's dilemma. Looks like you could easily extend that garage towards the street, making it a two-deep garage for all four cars.
