I just hand washed and dried my 2015 C7 and since it is Torch Red, I figured I would provide a few updated images after installation of the front splitter, side skirts. blacked out grille, window tint, Z06 rear quarter vents. It has now been 6 months since I applied my nano ceramic paint coating and the shine & reflective qualities remain outstanding. The ceramic paint coating should last another 2 years. It is so easy to keep this C7 clean. Also ceramic coated all the outside glass and chrome wheels.

Here's mine, which looks like about 100 others on this thread, but I want to grab my 15 min. of fame now before it's too late. One mod so far: Very stylish electrical tape covering chrome strip in grill. Coming this week: Black lug nuts and black Lloyd's Ultimats with flag logo. No other mods planned.

Love the look - here is your car with carbon fiber tape instead of electrical tape, black lugs, and blacked-out center caps.

I really like those blacked-out center caps. Blowing up that section of your photo looks like they are carbon fiber, too. My black lug nuts will be in tomorrow and am looking forward to the change.
As for the carbon fiber tape, if I were to go to something else it would probably be carbon flash, which I think can be purchased at auto parts stores like AutoZone, as I have lots of that on the car but no exposed carbon fiber anywhere. OTOH, with some CF center caps.... Anyway, the electrical tape is okay to me because the tone is similar to the rest of the grill and I doubt if anyone else will look that critically down there anyway.
Here you go. I followed an approach similar to the grandpawmoses method of pulling off the cap, taking it apart (it snaps apart easily) and then using black Plasti-dip spaypaint. I put down 4 coats then used a utility knife to pull out the paint from the flags.
Because I have the carbon fiber top I went ahead and put 3M vinyl on the center caps at the same time.
Well, after getting the center cap off the wheel my first try at snapping the sections apart didn't go well. No damage but it's still in one piece. It has four tabs on the back of the cap, but futzing with it for a while didn't get the rear and front sections to pull apart, and I didn't want to force anything that might cause it to break. Anyway, does it matter if the rear multi-tab section separates from the painted area?
I was at a nearby dealership today and they had a 2016 Corvette with black Z51 wheels in the showroom. As reported here the center caps fit the EYT (black badge) theme and look perfect, so I will check the price of these at the parts dept. on Friday when I return. That might be an easier option although I would expect the caps to be expensive. You did a great job on yours, BTW.
I actually like the gloss black center of the caps and would just like to black-out the chrome outer rim and periphery of the flag. I haven't worked with PlastiDip yet, although I have a can here, so maybe I should just experiment. If I don't like it I can just pull it off.
BTW, I got my black lug nuts installed and it is a big improvement--but now the caps really look out of place.
