What is the best way to check order status? I have checked via Chevy on line - still not working. Sent an email - they can not help. Called 800 # no help.

pm Chevy Cust Service here...but your dealer can find out EVERY DAY what your status is...remind them you are going to fillout a survey after you get your car...tell the sales manager that...not your salesman...
you will get an update every day after that...a bad survey costs them huge money...

When the dealer calls you & tells you your car is in, the status is then "on the ground & ready for pick up" !!!
Another words ............... does it really matter ? When it gets there it gets there. Bothering customer service & the dealer doesnt make your car arrive any faster, so sit back, chill out & wait for the call !

Yes, we are here and able to answer your questions on status updates. We really enjoy being part of the excitement. I am unable to answer the question today, because our system takes a break on Sunday.

It appears that the mobile app works for the Chevrolet Tracking website. I typed in your information, and it says your vehicle has been queued for production. Not sure what production code that applies to, but looks like some from Customer Service are willing to help. This may hold you over 'till then.
