Not always been up to dealers ,GM use to set stock aside for us to buy, dealer got 5 vettes we order he got 6. Dealers wanted that inventory and got it now they don't want to share.
I live in Atlanta Ga. bought in Mi. ,SC ,Maryland and Texas on c5 bought first one in Ga in 2004 , c6 bought out of state until 2008 so go figure who's in control.

That is the time frame the dealer I buy all my Vettes from told me last month.

There is one GM card that will allow the combination, but you only get 1% back instead of 5% on the "normal" card. I do not remember which one it is but if you go to the GM Card website you will see it listed. I just called a week ago to inquire about it.
