Default Vent air only?

Maybe I have been away for too long from all this new fangled equipment on cars these days, but is it possible to get outside vent air into the C7? I have 3Lt with the auto everything, but wonder if you can just get outside air through the vents without it going through the AC or heater. If the outside air temp is below the auto setting, does it heat the incoming air, or can you turn down the auto temp to about outside air temp and just get outside vent air?

I hope this makes sense. I would just like to not run the AC or heater if you just want outside vent air, but that may be too complicated. Maybe I will keep my '69, it is a lot less complicated.

Thanks, Ralph

On C-6, undo clamp, push top down button. Understand will not have to perform first step on new C-7 . Outperforms vents

^ Sorry, I don't understand? This is the procedure to allow vent air into the car?
If so, what clamp and which button?

Go Here: page 8-1

http://www.chevrolet.com/content/dam...14corvette.pdf

If light above A/C button is on, push A/C button to turn it off.
If light above recirculate button is on, push to turn off.
Adjust fan speed as desired.
Adjust Temp as desired.
Adjust airflow location as desired.
Enjoy.
And might have to push SYNC to get passenger side doing the same as driver side.

Step 1: roll window down
Step 2: regulate window height for desired ventilation
Step 3: enjoy fresh air
