Default Checking TPW

When we preordered our early 2006 C6, our salesman was the customer service king. He kept us abreast of the status of our order with regular emails. The same dealership but he is now gone, our 'new' guy is take the money and run. The dealer is a big allocation player and we are near the top of the list. We expected better, but his involvement going forward will be purely paperwork. We have an order number, but it was given to us by the Museum. We have taken care of the preliminary Museum Delivery paperwork.

I've not attempted to check our status as I know they aren't producing convertibles so what is the purpose? Don't want to be 'that guy'. However, a recent OP had a TPW 11-25 for his convertible. Maybe I'm bit more inclined to check now. I'll never find this out from the salesman. I do this at the GM website?

Politely PM CHEVY CUST SVC with your order number and the state your dealer is in and they will let you know the order's status.

You can try the Chevy Track Your Order site. It may or may not work for your order.
