Does anyone know how long it takes to go from 3300 to(TPW)

I've been at 3300 for around 2 weeks now, I would like to know this. I have a Z51 ordered, and the FAY option. I'm wondering if the FAY option is what's holding it back. Very frustrating.

3300 should NOT hold up your FAY order. MY order went in less than two weeks ago with Z51 and FAY and AE4 and my order is already at 3000.

I'm also at 3300. Z51 on order been there for 2 weeks customer service said my TPW 10/24
And thats all the info they can give me.
I guess I will call customer service back on Friday
